We are pleased to announce that July 12, 2011, our coffee has been voted the best at the international competition held in Switzerland in Geneva and was awarded an international prize - the gold medal "For Quality". However, the Russian customs for some reason decided that the real attributes of the prize (trophy, a medal and certificate) are subject to customs clearance and sent these items to the temporary storage, depriving us with the opportunity to receive the prize. Moreover, for temporary storage in a warehouse and a customs clearance is required to pay a substantial sum, and provide dozens of documents which need to collect more than one week. And all this despite the fact that the accompanying documents for the award expressly states that it is not a commodity, but the attributes of the prize - not intended for commercial use.
