On holidays, it is customary to open a bottle of champagne. But on our birthday it is much more pleasant for us to open another package of our favorite coffee. In November 2017, we turned 20 years old. For a Russian company, this is a solid age and a good time to remember the stages of formation.

From the very foundation, since 1997, the company has set itself the task of breaking the stereotype of Russians and proving that Russian coffee can be better than imported. Due to its high quality, our coffee began to be in great demand almost immediately, and already in 1999 we were among the winners of the prestigious Brand of the Year competition. Since then, we have managed to win more than 50 awards, including one of the most prestigious – the International Prize of Europe "For Quality" (2004) and the Gold Medal in Geneva (2011).

The year 2002 was a key milestone for us. We have started the construction of the first full-cycle plant in Eastern Europe for the production of freeze-dried coffee. Cutting-edge technologies, highly qualified specialists, the highest quality of raw materials are solid reasons for pride.
In 2012, we acquired plantations in Colombia and the Dominican Republic, where we regularly provide the trees with proper care. We select the ripest coffee berries by hand and prefer a wet way of processing them. It is more expensive, but it gives an optimal result, which impressed even a world-class expert, ex-head of the International Coffee Organization (ICO) Nestor Osorio. Now, unlike most producers who buy coffee on the stock exchange, we can control the quality at every stage that coffee beans go through on the way from the plantation to the cup.

Today our company is among the leaders of the coffee market. In our assortment there are drinks for every taste: coffee beans, ground, freeze-dried, in capsules, ground in instant, "3 in 1" and freeze-dried chicory, which has no analogues in the world.

Consistently high quality has made the company's products in demand in all corners of Russia, as well as Belarus, Kazakhstan and many other CIS countries. Our representative offices are in every Russian region. The demand for coffee from the "Moscow coffee shop on Payakh" is constantly growing, and in the future it is planned to expand production.

In principle, we do not skimp on improving production technologies and at the same time appreciate time-tested methods.
